GCI Outdoor Kickback Rocker Portable Rocking Camping Chair - Pastel Green

We (my wife and I) were gifted one each last year. Very comfortable, sturdy chairs! They are starting to show signs of wear, and some of the rivets and screws are rusted. Overall very nice, but don't leave them out in a damp environment.

Ours deteriorated badly after one winter of camping in a beachfront RV park. The metal rusted from the inside bubbling the paint, the seat cloth ripped along seams, and a rivet popped out of one chair’s legs My 5’ nothing wife liked the seat height. Average guy me, not so much. Spoiler…it’s noticeably low. I like the closure system, attached strap, and not having a bag, but the folded package seems bulky for the chair’s size. It’s hard to stow and clumsy. I’m chalking this one up to a rookie mistake and looking for something more suited to RV life.

My wife and I use our travel trailer a lot. we have several Kickback Rockers that travel with us. I am not a small man and the strength and durability is remarkable. On of the most comfortable chair I've sat in. This chair is great for a beginner as well as a seasoned camper, you can't go wrong.

I gave these as a gift and they are wonderful. Well made and very comfortable.

We have loved the convenience of how easily these chairs fold up, and that they don't take up more room than the other chairs (we expected them to be slightly bulkier). We also love the rocker, SO comfortable. My husband finds them as comfortable as my 9 year old, so they work for all! We have had an issue TWICE now (we purchased 5). One of the "rivets" that hold together the cross bars as you're folding it have snapped and it makes the chair sit unlevel and tips to that side. There is no fixing this, the rivet just pops out at some point and the plastic housing near it buckles when you sit. If it only happened to one of the chairs, I would never think anything of it. But since it has happened to 2 out of the 5 in a short period of time.... I'm thinking its a design thing. Just something to be aware of!

Mainly used for the never ending marathon of kids sports....and honestly, very glad we went with these. Wide, comfortable, and easy to carry / not to heavy.

Exactly what I wanted and they are very-well made at a great price from Target. They came in just in time for our camping trip. Highly recommend. Very comfortable and they rock.

Easy to carry, light weight and quick set up and break down. Perfect for anywhere! Perfect chair for everywhere! Extremely versatile and easy to pack up and go. I catch people sitting in it when I get up at events, I always get compliments!

The description of the chair says that it sits low... they're not kidding. This chair was the perfect size for my 10 year old son, not a full grown adult. Luckily he's giddy to have his own cool chair, but the title should point out that it's sized for children.

Save your money. This chair is awful. Used for one weekend and it’s already creaking.

Bought it for my Husband’s Birthday, he loves it especially when he goes camping!

This chair stays folded by hook vs needing to be in a bag, so it’s super easy to transport to the field while carrying other gear. It’s sits comfy and the hydraulic rock is perfect.

This chair is extremely comfortable and easy to set up. I like that it is lightweight and includes a shoulder strap for easy carrying. Perfect chair for watching sports, camping, or any other outdoor activities.

I purchased two of these chairs, we are on our first camping trip with them, and I have to say they are almost perfect. What would I change if I could? Fabric that is not lined with rubber, and possibly a bit higher of a back so your head has somewhere to rest. Issue one, the fabric is lined with rubber coating: when you’re sitting in the chair, your body heat creates a sweat against the non-breathable fabric, so on a hot day you are overheating, and when it’s a bit chillier, like at night time, you actually get a bit of a damp chill. Second issue, we are not extraordinarily tall people, I’m 5’4 my husband is 5’10 - his complaint is that he has nowhere to rest his neck and head. I have the ability to Scooch lower in the chair and lean back, but I do wish it was a little higher so you could fully relax. As far as the general comfort and quality, I am very impressed. I love the Carry strap, and their lightweight enough to not be a burden. My favourite feature is how compact they are when they’re folded up. In general, I’m very happy with my purchase. I don’t want to return them, I wish they would modify it. Use fabric that’s a bit more human, breathable, friendly, and make them a little bit taller.

I like the idea however it's a little too close to the ground for some it's hard to Getting to stand up. Definitely did not last as long as I thought it would after about 2 years the nuts and bolts started breaking we had to fix ourself the fabric was ripping in multiple places. A friend of mine told me they have a lifetime warranty so I did go ahead and utilize that. We will see how long the second one lasts.

We bought the Kickback and and Comfort Pro and prefer the Kickback to the Comfort Pro. The Comfort Pro is MUCH wider and for smaller frames (& kids) leaves a lot of space.

My aging parents are super comfortable in these chairs. Love em. Great price.
