    Foul smell. Horrible presentation.

    This rug smells horrible. The box smelled before i opened it. It smells like a tire shop. Soon as I opened the rug my entire house reeked. It was also folded in stead of rolled so creases are everywhere. Delivery was late too. Absolutely nit happy with it. This is going to be returned immidiately.

    Like the print but...

    The print is perfect but the rug itself is cheap. It curls up on the edges and buckles so it has become a tripping hazard. I just rolled it up and am getting rid of it. Save your money because I just wasted mine.

Please see below for general instructions on how to flatten your rugs: How to lay out your rug: Place the rolled-up rug on the floor and lay flat. For rugs that don’t include a non-slip back, we recommend adding a rug pad first. Vacuum the rug surface without a beater bar (spinning brush head) to remove shed fivers and flatten the rug further. Flatten curled corners either by reverse rolling or placing a heavy stack of books to weigh them down. To remove creases, place a damp cloth over the creased area and gently iron over it to help relax the wrinkles. We highly suggest getting a rug pad for your rug. This will help tremendously in avoiding curls, creases or warps as well as following the instructions above. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any additional questions.

    Packing for shipping was inadequate. Small 3 foot rug was rolled extremely tight and stuffed into a plastic bag. Arrived with creases in the rug that would be extremely difficult to get out if not impossible. The colors in the carpet were not as shown or as described. The red was more maroon.

    Lovely tartan rug, price right

    Lovely tartan rug. The colors are perfectly muted. The size is great for the price ($80) and the material is soft enough although could be better but for the price it’s good. My cat loves it. It didn’t smell too much either. Not itchy but soft. Haven’t had to clean it yet so not sure how easy it is to clean but it seems like it would be fine.

    Thought I had scored with this rug because I loved the tones and the price was great. The rug came quickly and was a little more muted in color than online. Like grey with a green tinge. Even worse- it is one of those treads that changes color depending on which way you brush the fabric/rug. So anytime someone walked over it, it looks like it has mud stains all over it. Looked dirty 100% of the time, no matter how much I vacuumed it in the same direction. Major fail.
