lines dont lock!

unless you extend the line all the way, it is not useful. the lines do not lock in place so you cant hang anything on it, the lines fall! it didnt have any instructions with it to expalin how to hang or how to lock the lines, if there even is a way.

Better than Nothing

I think the retractable clothesline is sturdy and well-made, but you don’t get much in the way of instructions for installation and usage. I managed to drill holes and get it hung, but when I extend a line to the opposite wall, there’s no ratchet to keep it from falling to the ground when something is hung on the line. Am I supposed to cut the line to the maximum length needed? No instructions!
