Not good taste

Plastic taste
I bought the vanilla and strawberry and they both tasted like plastic. This is so concerning as I'm learning micro plastics in the body is more harmful than we even understand

Quest Protein Shakes

I love that it’s high in protein so I have them right after a workout and it’s been helping me maintain my weight loss goals. I would recommend these for someone on the go or someone who doesn’t feel like using / cleaning a blender for shakes all the time. I do wish it was a little lower in calories. But I will still continue to have them.
