Beautifully cut but poor quality

I was so excited about these pants, which looked beautiful on, and I marveled out how well they were cut/designed. Unfortuantely I bought them less than a month ago, wore them less than ten times and washed them twice, and the seam that connects the two panels in back has completely come apart. It's not just the sewing coming apart...the fabric is all but disintegrating. I've never seen anything like it, honestly, I cannot believe these pants are unwearable after such a short time.
