    With arms at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest & shoulder blades, keeping the tape level & snug.

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortable loose, level line around that point.

Buy the shirt- its worth it!

This really is a better quality shirt than I had expected. The material had a sorta velvet or microsuede feel to it. The fit is trim in all the right places. It’s 100% cotton (a bonus in my opinion). I air dry this shirt to prevent shrinkage and therefore it will develop wrinkles. Due to the thicker material it seems the wrinkles don’t come out as easily by throwing the shirt in the dryer for a few minutes. Learn to use an iron and the shirt will look perfect. I bought multiple colors because I liked the shirt so much. Really is one of the better long sleeve henleys I own. Im about 5’7” 175 lbs with an above average build (some muscle but not ripped by any means) and the medium fits nicely with maybe a little snugness in the arms. Some of the pictures I saw in the reviews really don’t do this shirt justice as it seemed people just took the shirt off the store shelf an threw it on at home or in the dressing room, so I included what I feel is a better representation of the shirt having been laundered and prepared to wear out.

Weirdly cut

I bought the maroon in size M, my usual size, and the cut is off. The sleeves and torso are cut smaller, while the shoulders and chest are cut normally if not slightly large. It's almost like it's made for a bodybuilder with skinny arms. I gave three stars because the fabric and quality of the shirt seem great.
