The power bank has both USB and USB-C ports for charging devices, and it charges itself via USB-C. The fact that it's only flashing one dot when you try to charge it suggests a few possibilities: Understanding the Indicator Lights Most power banks, including heyday™ models, use blinking lights to indicate the charging status. One flashing light typically means the power bank is in the 0-25% charge range and is currently charging. This is usually the expected behavior when it's very low on battery. It’s very small and also such a pretty color of pink. I seem to always have my phone below 10% whenever I get an important phone call so I love having this so that I can walk around with my phone charging and with me. I was able to charge my phone from about 30% up to 80%+ and that was with my constant phone usage the whole time. It would probably charge even faster if I wasnt using multiple apps on my phone at the same time. I really like that it has both USB-A and USB-C ports and came with a USB-A to USB-C cable, so I know I can recharge the power bank either way too. I like the pink color and feel of the power bank in my hand as well. Time will tell if the battery charge continues to hold up over time, but so far I’m happy with it, especially for the low cost! I received an incentive to write this review.

This thing is so jank. It looks like it's fully charged when it isnt and drains down so fast. Guess that's what you get at this price point. Not really worth the materials it's made of.

It doesn’t take a long time to fully charge and it’s very light. Some other power banks are heavy and are essentially like carrying around another cell phone with you and this wasn’t that. First off, it’s a lovely blush pink color, fits nicely in the palm of my hand and can quickly charge devices. It is small enough to easily fit in a pocket or purse. It also came with one power cord with a USB port which I believe is made to charge the charging device itself but I was also able use it to charge my phone. Great purchase at a fabulous price point! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a compact travel charger that works great and is affordable, it is a pretty pink and already comes ready to charge your phone, it comes with the usb charger cable to charge the power bank but you need a cable to connect it to your phone, it charges my phone pretty fast and it’s very convenient since my phone is always dying, I will be carrying this fully charged in my purse I received an incentive to write this review.

I can't get this to hold a charge. Not sure if it got damaged in shipment, if it's user error., or what but it can't hold a charge so it's kinda useless to me. It may be good for. Others idk I can't attest to that.

This power bank has been perfect for my needs -- to charge my phone while I'm watching my kids' sporting events. The days can get long, which usually means my phone is running low on batteries from all of the picture-taking, video recording, and schedule managing that I need to do.
