Pills are fine but when you take a lot it starts to get annoying. This is chewy but not a gummy if like me those get stuck in your teeth sometimes. This is more between that and it's almost like a taffy but not that hard or sticky.

It was easy to open and they are stored in foils like if they were a candy wrapped but don’t taste like candy. I am not sure if they really work that well because the taste was so bad it made me gag to two times I attempted to use them.

Its very sweet in the beginning but then turns to a weird texture with an unpleasant taste left in mouth. I liked the way they worked...so may ill try to find a capsule.

The cherry lemon flavor tastes great, if it was just based on the flavor, I would give this product a five. They definitely relaxed me at night and help me wind down before bed, but the only problem was that they made me very groggy in the morning and it was very hard to wake up. I would not recommend this for people that already have a hard time getting up in the morning.

It's incredibly sweet like a candy in the beginning, but by the end of the chew the texture fades into a bitter crumble. Overwhelming and unpleasant experience on the palate, though I appreciate the chew format as I struggle with pills.

You indeed get a sweet cherry flavor with a tartness that must come from the citric acid. It is very pleasing until you get to the end which is extremely bitter which makes me always want to spit that last bit out. As far as the effectiveness, I can’t really speak to it as I haven’t noticed any change as far as my body. I still have pain in my legs as I suffer from neuropathy due to Multiple Sclerosis. As far as sleep? Maybe, but not noticeable enough for me to say more, as some nights are better than others . As far as the other benefits they’re not really something I can speak to as they are bone health and heart health as well as brain health and may be changes you’d need more than the 30 day allotment given to see. I will finish the rest of the bottle but not sure if I would purchase them myself.

Almost like a fruity tootsie-roll type of flavor. I’m not fully sure if the effects were legit or placebo but I did find myself falling asleep a bit quicker when I took it. Overall 2-3 stars. If nothing else it became a part of my nighttime routine for a month and didn’t seem to hurt or have any negative impacts.

The flavor is super nice at first, kind of like grape candy, and the texture is soft and chewy. Toward the end, you do get a slightly mineral aftertaste, which I assume is the magnesium itself. What I love most is that they help me relax before bed and I’ve noticed I’m falling asleep easier and waking up feeling more rested. Definitely a small self-care win in my nighttime routine!
