She likes that they’re in gummy form and finds them easy to take daily — though she said the taste was a bit unusual at first, she got used to it quickly. What I really like as a parent is the thoughtful formulation: they contain omega-3s, vitamin D3, B12, and other essentials that help fill in nutritional gaps. I’ve noticed she seems to have more consistent energy and even her mood has improved a bit since starting them. Yes, they’re a little on the pricey side compared to standard multivitamins, but I feel the quality is worth it — especially since they use high-quality ingredients and methylated forms of nutrients like folate and B12.

Even though this is marketed towards teens, I loved the vitamin variety enough to grab it for myself. I chew two gummies in the morning after I've had something to eat; I find it's the best time to take them. The vitamins are soft, chewy, and covered with what I assume is a little sugar. They taste of citrus and are a bit sour. I'm not a fan of sour things; that's the only reason I deducted one star. Overall, I am impressed, and I would recommend these multivitamins.

There really aren’t many good vitamin options for teens on the market. Tons for kids, but when looking for a multi for growing teens, there are only a few products from major brands with not the best ingredients. SmartyPants had the best formula, but the Teen Guy version tastes awful (like artificial fruit flavor trying to disguise the taste of squash baby food) and it takes four gummies for a full serving. I couldn’t blame my son for not wanting to take them everyday. When I stumbled upon this particular formula for Teens in lemon creme flavor, I was so excited. They tasted great and a full serving was only two gummies instead of four. My son was actually reminding me that he should take them every day. We had finally found a quality multi-vitamin that he could stick with through his teen years. But of course, after we purchased our first bottle, we learned they are being discontinued. And replaced with another Teen Girl formula. Why?? :’(
