Cool label, not good flavor
We drink zevia rootbeer and really like it so I thought we would like this, but no. This has a weird, tangy flavor that just tastes off. I will not be trying any more of the flavors based on the experience with the rootbeer.

Worst flavor of Liquid Death
I have tried multiple flavors and this is by far the worst. It has a taste of rootbeer but cannot replace it or even be close. With the sweeteners it does not mix well to me and as much as I've tried to like it I can't. Definitely recommend the other Liquid Death flavors like the fruitty pebble one or the pina colada but not this one.

Zevia Is So Much Better
I blew over $32 on various Liquid Death flavors, and all of them were terrible. No fizz or bubbles and the worst flavoring of any drink on the market. I will never buy their product again. I was bamboozled! They need to close the lid on all these tlavors. I am never bouncing on Zevia again.

Save yourself $8 and disappointment
Not sure how this has so many positive reviews, because this is the worst carbonated beverage I have ever had (well it’s on the same level as their doctor pepper flavor which also sucks). The flavor is a whisper of root beer and the carbonation lacks effervescence. I will be avoiding liquid death flavors moving forward, and only buying them at concert venues when this is my only option.

It’s ok, but there are WAY better options out there for rootbeer lovers, such as the Zevia creamy rootbeer and ginger rootbeer. This doesn’t taste like rootbeer. The Doctor Death and Cherry Obituary are good, though. Wouldn’t buy this again.

Great substitute for soda
This hits just the right note for me. These are refreshing without being sickeningly sweet, and they don't have the caustic taste of soda. If you're a regular soda drinker, the taste may be jarring at first because you'll likely be expecting these to taste exactly like root beer. But, if you give time to acclimate to the taste, you just might find these to be a great substitute. Love these!
