Women's High-Rise Sporty Fashion Shorts - Future Collective Cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is wearing these shorts in a size small and they fit her true to size. She is wearing the color cream. These shorts do have pockets. They also have an elastic waistband and a drawstring. The drawstring is made of a cream and black striped material. On the inside of these shorts, they feel like a terry cloth towel. They are unique in that the top section of the shorts is made from a different fabric. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shorts run a tad bit oversized but have a functional drawstring to use for adjustment. I’m wearing a size medium which is my normal size and these fit me fine with a little extra room. The top part of the shorts has a panel that is a nylon type material that I think really takes away from the comfort and style of these shorts. These shorts do have pockets and I like the drawstring on these, the stripes are very cute. Other than the panel I do really like these shorts. I received an incentive to write this review.

For context, l'm typically a size 8 and usually go for a medium, but because of my thicker thighs, I opted for a large this time. Unfortunately, they ended up being way too big (even with the adjusted drawstring). In hindsight, a small might have been a better fit, so I'd say these shorts run quite large overall. The inseam is on the shorter side though, so a small would make them too short for my personal taste. On the plus side, they do have pockets, which is always a nice feature. The material is also French terry blend, giving them a soft and comfortable feel. Overall, if you're considering these shorts, l'd recommend sizing down due to the larger fit and keeping the shorter length in mind. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shorts look super cute online but I honestly was not a fan of them. The top section of the shorts are see through and they run a little wide. Maybe I’ll have to size down next time. I am 5’4 and 126 pounds so I thought the small would fit but I think I’ll have to get an extra small to fit to my liking. The pockets are great and the drawstrings are a plus. I love the looks of them but I’ll probably be returning them. I received an incentive to write this review.

I can’t tell if they are meant to be this way or if they just don’t fit me well, but they did feel comfortable on the waist. The style is fun and sporty and the contrast in materials is a unique twist. They do have pockets which is great. They could be dressed up or down depending on the occasion.
