Q: The label on the front says 3500mg per 2 gummies and then the dosage says one gummy so are you supposed to take 2 or 1 gummies?

A: Each gummy is 1,750mg. You can take 1 or 2 a day, with 2 giving you the full 3,500mg dose.

Didn't notice any of the benefits supposedly you get from these gummies and i am a person the notices small little changes within myself. Texture was more softer than say a sour patch. On to the seal around the cap, it was not the easiest to open. It was tough to open usually there is some little cuts where you can easily tear the seal but this didn't have that. I was about to use some scissors to open them. It could have been much easier to remove.

I haven't tried them long enough to tell their benefits, such as "focus and clarity, energy and endurance, immunity and digestions," but it won't be difficult to keep taking one daily because it's such a yummy gummy :)

They do have a lot of sugar, but no added sugars. They have a nice blend of different mushrooms. It is too soon for me to tell if they are actually helping with concentration but so far I enjoy the experience of even taking them!
