Q: The label on the front says 3500mg per 2 gummies and then the dosage says one gummy so are you supposed to take 2 or 1 gummies?

But I am concerned that the label on the Best Multi Mushroom product may be problematic'. It states 3500MG of mushrooms per TWO gummies, the serving size is ONE gummy. Well I'll see if there is any noticeable benefits because they are good enough to pop one a day, since I have them.

I suppose if you are looking to get the benefits of mushrooms without having to eat mushrooms then this would be a good option. I just personally haven't noticed any difference in health in the last few weeks. I'll give it more time and see if I can tell a difference after a month or two.

I was left wondering the actual safe RDA of mushrooms which is not a well studied topic and difficult to come up with an answer. The writing on the bottle is extremely tiny and I had difficulty even with my reading glasses. I will keep going with it but will be hard pressed to evaluate real improvements in a short time of use.
