    Great scent, terrible design—leaks, evaporates, and a nightmare to refill

    I really wanted to love the Noshinku refillable hand sanitizer, but this was a complete miss. Yes, the scents are great—but that’s about the only positive. The spray pattern is awful and inconsistent, which already makes it frustrating to use. But the biggest issue is the refillable design itself. The stopper doesn’t seal properly, so after sitting for a couple of weeks, the sanitizer literally evaporates out of the container. You go to use it and it’s empty. Then comes the refill process, which is somehow even worse. The refill packets are very expensive, don’t come with a funnel, and are incredibly difficult to pour without spilling. It turns into a messy, wasteful experience every time. Between the high cost of the sprayers and the overpriced refills, this just isn’t worth it. I regret buying these and wish I hadn’t. Unfortunately, I’m past the return window. There are far better, more practical options out there. I would not recommend this product—you’ll regret it in the long run.

    Good value, love the scent and the feel! Have not refilled it yet but it’s lasted a while! Honestly live the scent and how long it’s lasted so far. The thinness of it is great for my fanny pack.

    Small and compact and efficient.

    Love the small compact size and it sprays well. I ordered the eucalyptus scent but it really doesn’t smell like eucalyptus but it’s an ok fresh scent.

    Received an open package that looked used. Target will not let you return so I’d recommend you inspect it in-store BEFORE you purchase. Absolute waste of money

    Pouch/spout redesign or attachment

    *pouch design* is a 2/2.5 Product 3.5/4ish I would prefer an even lighter/no scent. Though scent is ok, herby. I really chose this sanitizer for the refillability and compact design. Pouch: For the price/amount, there really should be an even skinnier spout for a more direct pour of the product. Using a funnel would help, but you'd still be losing product. If the current spout is whats compliant for recycling, a reusable longer spout attachment could be useful. Also the way the pouch is filled, you have to be careful when holding it, squeezing lightly can push product out. Its great that others may not have the refilling issue, but I think quite a lot still do. It was enough to make me write a review 😆.
