i’ll be honest, i have yet to notice any mental effect of these drinks (i’ve also never drank more than probably 2 in one night), but they taste so good! my favorite is the blackberry lemon of the two flavors i’ve tried (other is watermelon). i’ve noticed nights where i want to have a fun alcoholic drink, i’ll reach for this instead and it truly hits the same spot. a great way to have a fun drink without drinking alcohol. love.

Flavor was good, not too bubbly. But drank 4 within 2 hours without feeling much different. Did not feel “float” happier, calmer to much different. Wa ms super hopeful, but it’s just an expensive organic drink. Did feel like I was getting a slight headache afterwards. Drank some water and it went away.

I am a hugeee fan of hiyo! I love all of the flavors, but this one is especially good. I don't drink alcohol so this is the perfect beverage to still feel fun and have something delish to sip on. Highly recommend!
