I’m thinking to add more protein as a treat to drizzle some peanut butter and honey on it next time. I’m not a fan of carrot cake but would not let my review change what you may think of think of this product. Me personally. Packaging is easy to open and close.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Evergreen Frozen Mini Waffles. We have the Mixed Berry Cake (our favorite) and the Carrot and Zucchini Cake (also our favorite and the #1 best seller). The size is perfect for 1 serving (3 mini waffles) with a full portion of fruits and vegetables. The smell is so fresh. Perfect for heating in an Air Fryer at 390°F for 6 minutes if frozen for a fluffy bite and 7 minutes for a semi-fluffy bite, which is my favorite. Once opened, you can store it in the refrigerator at room temperature. And it can last up to 2 weeks. We enjoy it with butter and maple syrup on top of our Evergreen Waffles. We use it to make Eggs Benedict—trust me, it's healthy, tasty, and clean. Try it to find out for yourself.

They had a weird aftertaste. As if I had sucked on a penny and an egg and a piece of ginger at the same time. I can see eating this in a scenario where this is only thing with ingredients that fit my dietary needs/restrictions. But honestly for the lack of protein and fiber I would rather eat a carrot/egg separately.

I unfortunately didn’t have any syrup on hand, so they were a bit on the dry side without it. It definitely needs syrup. They are very filling. I’m interested in trying all the other flavors.
