These capsules are very big; however, even though they're big, they're pretty easy to take because they're easy to swallow as long as you drink plenty of liquid. They don't leave any weird fishy burps or aftertaste, which is a huge plus when taking Omega-3, because that would actually make me not take it. Another plus is that you only have to take one a day. I do wish the capsules were a little bit smaller, but I've noticed that anytime I have to take Omega-3, they're always pretty large.

Yes...it needs to have a good amount of Omega-3. This brand seems to have almost everything covered. Gluten-free. No soy, milk, eggs, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, crustaceans or sesame seeds, which leaves more room for great percentages of omega, EPA and DHA. Based in the USA. Even a GMP certified facility. The soft gels themselves are super clean and clear, with literally no odor or taste and no fishy burps. Super easy to swallow. 1 capsule a day is worth the price and it’s a 2 months supply. The softgels are easy on the stomach and have no fishy aftertaste, which is a big plus. They support my heart, brain, and eye health. I notice a difference when I keep up on my omegas. These pills are however huge and with the coding being so hard I need extra water to take it comfortably. I like that there’s no fishy burps or aftertaste so that’s a big plus. For someone like me with adhd any brain improvement is a god send. They are giant pills. So a little hard to take, especially if you aren’t use to taking pills this large, but they have no weird after taste or side effects that I noticed. So all in all it’s a good thing to take if you don’t already have an omega 3 supplement. I really like them.
