It is a nice medium heat level and does not overpower. The sweetness offsets the minimal burn, which doesn't last long. There is no aftertaste. I use it on everything. You can see the spices inside of this yummy sauce.

It adds the perfect kick to my "not-yo fries" It has a nice slow burn, not too hot, so my husband can enjoy it too. It's not thick, but didn't make my fries soggy. It starts off with a sweet honey flavor then the heat slowly builds. I was so surprised, most the time hot sauces want to start off with a bang of heat. I like that is not overly spicy too. This is also great splashed on top of fried chicken, and anything that's hot off the grill!

This one is SO good on breaded chicken sandwiches and also chicken wraps! I’ve been making quick snack wraps with Tyson fajita chicken, a tortilla, cheese, lettuce, and some of this honey hot sauce. It’s so good!
