Unsafe
The shelf itself is very well built and works perfectly for books. The metal pieces for labeling the books are very unsafe for children. My daughter barley touched one of them and it sliced her finger open. It was a bad cut that didn’t stop bleeding for over 10 minutes. The metal pieces come already put on the wood pieces, so not adding them isn’t an option. If the metal pieces were not apart of the shelf I would give it 5 stars.
