Oily and no pack a punch scallion flavor. Just tastes like oil and fried onions

This was super bland. The sauce was super oily, lacked any sort of flavor. In looking at the ingredients on the package I guess that is to be expected, as listed it’s just soy sauce, brown sugar, water, salt, corn syrup, caramel color, random natural flavors, and a lot of oil. The noodles, cooked as directed were kinda mushy and lacked any type of bite. The front of the package says restaurant quality, honestly if I was served this at a restaurant I’d send it back.

Very easy to make, you get quite a bit of noodles in one packet. I gave it a three star just because I didn't really like the taste.

This company makes wonderful dumplings. We formerly ate a lot of dumplings and noodles until they stopped their vegan options which were very impressive. Now we occasionally eat their meat dumplings but only half of us are carnivores. So, not so convenient to make 2 completely dinners. Therefore, we don't have them as often as we would like

This was surprisingly really good. Easy to make and delicious. The price, however, is a little steep for what it is, but I would repurchase as a treat every now and again.

lacking flavor. Easy to cook, and the price is not bad. I did prefer adding toppings i had on hand which improved missing flavor.

these were just okay. they have, in my opnion, a very strong anise taste, which im generally not a huge fan of. Also, despite being more than half a days worth of sodium, they still somehow tasted under salted. The noodles were a great texture, but they do need a LOT of water to cook in compared to instant noodles (they're more like dry pasta).

Portion size is good, plenty of noodles for 1 person and I’d compare the portion to a normal pack of ramen noodles. Quality of the noodles is really good, they have a good toothsome bite to them. I like that it’s a “dry” noodle, no extra broth. That being said, the sauce is where things falter a bit. It’s quite oily which is fine but I think the oil drowns out the flavor of the caramelized scallions. If there was a broth to this it would probably be completely flavorless. This could benefit from some more soy or even Bachan’s bbq sauce to help get more flavor going. On its own, the noodles would be a great side for an Asian style dinner. The price is also a bit of a negative considering you can get a pack of ramen for a buck or less and you’re getting about the same quantity of food. I’ll probably try some of their other flavors because I enjoy the Mila brand, but I’m 50/50 on buying these again. Maybe only if they’re on sale!

Needs more sauce and toppings. Prep is easy and the noddles seem to be of good quality. I can see where they were going with the flavor but there isn’t enough sauce to let the flavors stand out so the noodles really take over and in the end are a bit bland. A bit more sauce and this could be a winner.

It’s spaghetti with soy sauce. Absolutely nothing in this justifies the price. Stick with momofuku if you’re looking for easy but slightly elevated noodles (aka step up from top ramen)

Not much flavour, basically a less flavourful indomie - just buy indomie, it’s like 5x cheaper and 10x more flavourful

These are great noodles! Not sure why others don't like them. If you are looking for NOT spicy noodles with a gentle oniony flavor and nice oily-ness to them, these are delish. They are simple and you can add anything you want to them which makes them my favorite of all of them. So EZ - 6 minutes in boiling water, add the sauce packet and tasty fried onions on top.

really liked these noodles as an easy side dish at dinner. would be easy to add a few additional fresh veggies or shrimp to make a main course too
