Not what it used to be.
Paused my subscription for a couple months and ordered the dan Dan noodles like used to and they just didt slap like they use to and they got rid of the peanuts.

Where’d the old Dan Dan noodles go?
The Dan Dan noodles have unfortunately gone downhill. The previous version is an easy 5/5 but the peanuts are gone, there’s less meat and the flavor is just not like it was. Please bring the old recipe back!

Love Dan Dan
I really like the overall flavor of the noodles. The sauce is great with a warmth that will make you forget how cold it is outside. It has a nice mild/med spice that you don't always find which creates this beautiful cuisine meal that is absolutely fire!!

Change recipe and smaller package
I used to buy dan dan noodles, but the new packs I got recently, I can tell the recipe have changed and smaller package. The favor seem to be cut in half, no peanut and its more oil.

Disgusting
I never leave reviews but I'm hoping this stops someone from wasting money. I love dan dan noodles, so I was super excited to try tnese. Unfortunately, these were revolting. The taste was so bad that I genuinely wondered if there was dish soap left in the pot. They left a strange, chemical, numbing aftertaste that lingered, and I ultimately had to throw the noodles away. Very disappointing.

Why the change in sauce flavor?
2 years of getting the Dan Dan noodles and was a huge fan of them... probably had 1 a week for a good stretch there. Last 2 orders though has a different flavor. No peanuts on side anymore and sauce base is definitely different since that swap. Its like the peanuts taste mixed within it as paste or similar. Just disappointing as the previous version was a knock out of spice and flavor! Sorry to see the swap.

Not a good buy!
Super greasy sauce. Meat just over ground pork in tiny bits. Suggested cook times make it easy to make noodles a starchy glue mess. Sauce never sticks to the noodles. You just end up with a bunch of tiny tingy bits of meat oil after the noodle clumps are done. Not worth the price or the shipping. And your "new" sause bottles leak worse than the first.

Wierd taste
guys i bought this because i love dan dan noodles and was so excited to try. Maybe my packet was gone bad idk but it tasted kinda wierd and sour and left a wierd aftertaste in my mouth, i cooked it following all the instructions and everything. and also the noodles tasted wierd idk.
