Mattress way too firm and uncomfortable.

For my wife and I, we find sleeping on this mattress uncomfortable and painful to the body. It is way too firm and not what I thought I was getting when I ordered it. I placed this order of similar price because my first order was never delivered, and as a consequence I'm stuck with this one. Very disappointed. Thank you for taking the time to consider my comments.
