The process was quick and easy. This was an upgrade from an old phone. I went into a store first but completed the transaction through the app because what I was looking for was not available in store so I knew what to expect. I’ve done online orders before and will do again in the future.

I completed the process of trading up my phone on the ATT website. The process was easy and the charges (taxes and fees) were clear. I was also able to see my new monthly bill estimate. ATT provided clear instructions on the process. The box insert to send the phone back was flimsy so I would recommend a better insert - i used tape to hold it in place. ATT did a great job of communicating status of deliveries and updates on the process.

After careful consideration, I traded in my Apple iPhone 14 (Yellow) for this iPhone 16 Pro in White Titanium. I’ve been using iPhones for over 15 years. I’m amazed at how Apple technology has evolved. I chose the 16 Pro because of its overall size. The Plus and Pro Max, while offering larger screens, are heavier and larger overall. The iPhone 16 Pro is perfect for me. It’s got all the latest technology available on an iPhone without the size and weight. Highly recommend!
