First Ms.Rachel toy I buy for my son because he loves her. Cute bus but I agree on the volume you can burly hear it even in the highest setting. I wish she sang the whole wheels on bus song too my son loves the song. My son is also having a hard time opening the door on the bus he’s 15months may be for older toddlers.
She enber actually sings "the wheels on the bus" song...

It’s a cute toy! However, the sound is extremely quiet, even in her “loud voice.” The speaker is located on the bottom of the bus so it’s hard to hear unless you have the bus upside down. I purchased this because it says “let’s sing wheels on the bus;” she never actually sings the song, just snippets of it and learning questions about the bus. Definitely, misleading marketing. I don’t find this age appropriate for one-year-olds, maybe older toddlers. Not worth the price point.

The Ms. Rachel Bus & Figure Push and Pull Toy is adorable. The Ms. Rachel character is super cute, and my kids were excited as soon as they saw it. It’s colorful, fun to push around, and has that wholesome Ms. Rachel charm we all love. BUT the sound is way too quiet. Even with the volume on the highest setting, you can barely hear it. The speaker is located on the bottom of the bus, so unless you lift it up or press your ear to the floor, it’s hard to catch what she’s saying or singing. For a toy that’s supposed to engage little ones with sound, that’s a big miss. If they ever do a version 2.0 with a better speaker setup, I’d grab it in a heartbeat! For now, it’s a cute toy for pretend play, but don’t expect the sound features to stand out.

My 1 year old toddler loves this bus! I contemplated getting the little people bus but I’m glad I waiting to see this on shelves! She learning to drive the bus, sing the song and even doing some of the prompts! Definitely recommend if your child loves Ms. Rachel!
