[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] MY mouth has been awakened by the amount of flavor in this enchilada sauce. A very nice spicy, tangy Latino flavor. I would tweak the cooking instructions because too long makes the corn tortilla chewy. I didn't think It was enough upon looking at it. But its a good portion and I'm not left hungry. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy a quick enchilada dinner. I bought more from this line after tasting this one.

I followed the easy microwave instructions and had 2 delicious beef enchiladas in no time. These would be perfect to take for a work lunch or a quick dinner on a busy night or for people who like tasty food but can’t cook. I’ll repurchase for sure.

This was such a quick and convenient dinner and I think it had a nice level of spice, but it wasn't an extreme level of hotness, so you might have to add more hot sauce if you like extra heat. It was a nice flavor overall and enough to fill me up, but it would pair nicely with sides or toppings.

This is the perfect snack for lunch, in the meantime, or a late night snack! Pop them in the air fryer and top them to give it razzle dazzle, and it’s delicious!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried the Tapatío Beef Enchiladas for a quick TV dinner, and let’s just say… I got enchiladas with a side of soup I didn’t order. 😂 The flavor was actually pretty solid — I could taste the cumin and chili powder doing their thing — but it was way more tortilla than meat, and I kept wondering if a spoon would’ve been more useful than a fork. And can we talk about the lonely entrée life? No rice. No beans. Just two enchiladas floating solo. Even Weight Watchers throws in a side, and with all that saucy juice, a little rice would’ve been a hero. I zapped it in the microwave for convenience, and while it wasn’t bad, I’ll probably stick to TV dinners that come with some backup dancers (aka sides). Bonus points for 15g of protein, but 1460 mg of sodium?! My blood pressure said “¡Ay caramba!” ⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ – Spicy, saucy, and solo. Next time, I’m bringing my own rice.

I love how the flavor pops when eating. I thought it was going to be too spicy but I was pleasantly surprised that it was not too spicy for me. The packing came in a convenience container that was easily transferable to the plate as well the texture stay together when transporting to the plate.
Almost tasted exactly like a restaurant!

I was totally impressed. It could use a little more beef, but it was very easy to heat up in the paper packaging, which I was really happy to see still not happy to see the plastic film, but the product itself looked very good in the package before I cooked it. It didn’t look like it was all mushed into one tray after cooking it. It still looks fabulous. you can see by the photos and the taste was almost exactly like a restaurant. I was really impressed. I would highly recommend these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was ok considering it was a frozen meal. Heating was done in two parts. The sauce was spooned over the enchiladas after the first heating. The cheese got stuck to the top of the plastic when I recovered it and then removed it when it was finished. The sauce was definitely the star of the dish. It was a 5/10 on the spiciness scale and had a good spice combination. Beef taste and texture was average. Would have liked it if there was more filling inside the tortillas. Tortilla was a bit thicker than what I liked. I might get it again if there is a good sale but it’s definitely not my go to dish.
