    Sticky gummies

    Gummies are still stuck together same as the first bottle. Now am using a crochet hook to get the gummies out of the bottle. Not much different from the other bottle. I will not be buying any more of these.

    Very tasty and delicious by far my favorite gummy, however, having gone through half the bottle ( the reason I gave three stars)is because they all stuck together now I have to unstick them.

    The taste is pretty good. I first started by taking 2 as recommended, but it gave me gas so I went down to 1 a day, and it’s been much better. They are sticky but if you smack the container against your hand a few times, they unstick from the side. Not too bothersome.

    Noticeable difference

It kept me regular and I could tell a difference between when I started and now. The gummies tasted good and were easy to chew. I looked at the price at certain retailers and the price is definitely reasonable. Definitely becoming a future purchase.

They taste great and are so easy to add into a routine. The only downfall is that one bottle only lasts 25 days, I wish it would have been at least a month's supply for ease. I started taking 1 a day for the first week to avoid any bloating or gassy feeling. By week two I was taking the recommended 2 gummies a day. I noticed I was more regular and my stomach didn’t feel as bloated as it usually did after eating. The gummies have a great flavor so no more having to swallow pills or mix powdered drinks to get my probiotics prebiotics and fiber.
