Purpose
Antigas..Directions
Shake well before using. Refer to dose on chart below. If possible, use weight to dose; otherwise, use age. Only use the enclosed syringe. Do not use other syringe, dropper, spoon or dosing device when giving this medicine to your child. Remove cap and insert syringe into the bottle pull syringe back gently until plunger stops at the 0.3 ml dose line. Slowly dispense the liquid into your child's mouth (towards inner cheek). For a 0.6 ml dose, repeat filling and dispensing steps. after use, remove syringe lunger from barrel and clean with warm soapy water. Do not subject to high heat. all dosages may be repeated as needed, after meals and at bedtime or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed 12 doses per day. Dosage can also be mixed with 1 oz. cool water, infant formula or other suitable liquids. Replace cap tightly to maintain child resistance mL = milliliter.Infants Under 2 (Under 24 lb)

Works Great
I was initially hesitant to try this out thinking it wouldnt work but to my surprise it definitely has. Once you put a dose into the milk/formula you can see the bubbles go away, instantly. From going a few weeks without it to our initial try out there was a noticeable difference. Our daughter was not as fussy after a feeding and I'm sure it was because of the lack of gas.

Incomplete label
The inactive ingredients list on the listing does not match those listed on the product packaging. I didn't realize this until I already purchased it. One of the extra ingredients not shown in the online listing is sucralose which itself can cause digestive distress. Why are they adding sweeteners at all to a product intended for infants? It's completely unnecessary and counterproductive.

Terrible New Syringe
New syringe is actually terrible. You have to stick the entire syringe in the bottle resulting in most of the product sticking to the outside of it and wasting a lot of the formula. I wish I would’ve kept one of my old syringes if I knew they’d make this change.

The best out there
Way better than little remedies in my opinion. My 6 week old baby has had bad gas pain & trapped air. She usually only poops once a day & is very fussy. The first day i gave her these drops she pooped 3 times & is very calm. These were a lifesaver!

If I could give this product zero stars, I would. Used as directed and my poor 3 week old baby who had been super fussy and uncomfortable, vomit everywhere. NOT spit up, it was yellow vomit everywhere. No one should purchase this product. It is horrible.
