This pre and probiotic is for adults and it was good. It didn’t irritate or affect my stomach in any way. We all need a good pre or probiotic. I don’t eat any sugar but this didn’t have much of it. The taste isn’t bad at all not too sweet or bitter and the gummy texture is just right. The packaging is good for the product. I will continue to purchase their products. Thank you INFLUENSTER and Smarty Pants for allowing me to try this product.

After that they made me more regular and I felt less bloated. They are on the firmer side and less gummy. The taste is good and doesn’t leave an after taste.

The grape flavored gummies makes taking these Pre and Probiotics feel like a treat instead of a chore. I am the queen of tummy aches due to underlying medical condition, these have greatly reduced the frequency and severity of my tummy aches and bloating. I highly recommend giving them a try if you experience occasional or regular tummy issues.

The taste wasn’t bad but after two days I realized they weren’t going to work and just made my belly hurt. The packaging is cute but more childish than for adults. The ingredients are comparable to that of other OTC pro/prebiotics. Passing them on to hubby for now

So I was very excited to try this in hopes of improving my gut health. This was my first time trying a probiotic & prebiotic product. The texture is not like your usual gummies. It’s hard to explain but it was weird my first time tasting these. It’s also grape flavored which wouldn’t have been my first choice but it’s not bad. All you need are 2 gummies a day with or without food. I’ve been taking these for about 2 weeks and have noticed better digestion and less bloating.
