The texture is a little thinner than regular mayo, but that doesn’t impact the flavor or use of it. I tested it out in some egg salad and it had a nice flavor. Not strong. Packaging is classic Hellman’s.

The texture is creamy not fluffy like real mayo. And it smells and tastes a little sweet. It’s fine in a creamy salad but skip it if you want a good tomato sandwich.

With that said it still tastes great and is 30 calories less per serving. Beware it does include many other oils and not just specifically avocado.

I was a little disappointed at the ingredients because it doesn’t just have avocado oil, it also has corn and soy which defeats the purpose in my opinion. I like that they use cage free eggs. Overall I was glad to try it and would use it again. However I wish they would come out with a truly healthier option that only uses avocado oil.

I won’t buy any other mayo after trying this one! Well packaged.
