The artificial banana flavor is very overpowering

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will admit these where not my favorite but my son who is a runner loves them the great ingredients help keep his energy up comes in resealable bag which is always great makes for a great little snack to keep you going thru the day.

Kind of taste like banana bread but dry. Not bad. Trying to find something healthy to snack on. You don’t get that many and they’re kind of expensive for the few that you get.

I love this brand but these pouches taste like a multipurpose cleaner and a hint of banana.

My family is obsessed with these. They are the perfect blend of flavor with all the ingredients. Myself and my son (12) crave these. He likes the blueberry too. I just wish they were available in bigger bags. We go thru them quickly. A serving is 4 small bits, but they are filling.

I really like them!! The banana is natural tasting and they taste like banana bread.

I’m not very picky when it comes to snacks, and I try to steer clear of anything artificial, sweeteners and high fructose corn syrup content. I really wanted to love these, because of their ingredients, especially since I’ve enjoyed other products from this brand. Unfortunately, these just didn’t work for me—they had an off taste that I couldn’t get past.

Don’t buy these they taste horrible!!!

I like these. We weren’t sure about them to start but got used to them. Definitely leave an aftertaste and the grains sort of overpower taste at times but definitely a good snack. Not many servings in the bag.

I had to stop myself from eating half the bag when I tried them. They are the texture of muffins with crunch bits if sunflower seeds in them. I love how the package reseals and how fresh they are and stay. Packed full of mostly clean ingredients too!!! Highly recommend these.

On one hand, they are undeniably delicious with a pleasing taste that makes them enjoyable to munch on. However, their nutritional profile leaves much to be desired. Each serving of 4 bites contains 120 calories, 4.5g of fat, 21g of carbohydrates, and only 2g of protein. Given these macros, I don't consider them particularly balanced for an energy snack. Additionally, while they are marketed as high in fiber and iron, the actual content is somewhat disappointing—3g of fiber and 1.8mg of iron per serving doesn't exactly live up to the hype. Overall, while belVita Energy Snack Bites score high on taste, their nutrition falls short of expectations. If you're looking for a tasty treat and aren't too concerned about the macros, these might be worth a try. However, if you're seeking a genuinely high-fiber, high-iron snack to fuel your energy needs, you may want to look elsewhere.
