there was a piece that was completely broken in half, the supplier said they would send a replcement so we partially assembled it. Then they said they wouldn't replace. Target would not provide options, this was a very disappointing experience for the dresser meant for our nusery

I’d like to return this dresser because it arrived damaged. Several parts were broken upon delivery, and some necessary hardware pieces were missing, making it impossible to assemble properly. I was really disappointed with the condition of the product and am requesting a return and refund or a replacement in acceptable condition.

This dresser was exactly what we needed for our guest bedroom, and the color was exact to the photo. We highly recommend. So that you’re prepared, the box it is delivered in is heavy. Some of the building can be done by one person (inserting screws, building the individual drawers) but you’ll probably need two people to put all the components together. If we didn’t take breaks, I would say you need a couple of hours to put together.

Ordered twice- first time, this company sent us a diesel fuel tank (?!). Second try, it was delivered broken. We already have the chest and I really want the matching dresser, but really not sure if I want to deal with it for a third time. Very disappointed.
