Great Chairs, Amazing Customer Service!
The chairs are beautiful and very sturdy. They come out of the box ready to sit in. They are one-piece, which means there will never be any loose screws or problems with wobbly legs. We bought a set of two and a set of four in dark walnut. Unfortunately, when we received the set of two, one chair had small areas that were either scratched or did not receive enough stain. When I contacted Target, they said to order a new set and replace the damaged chair. But the chairs were sold out everywhere. So, I contacted LeisureMod directly. They were quick to respond and are sending me a replacement chair at no cost, no return needed. I can not express how impressed I am with their customer service and commitment to quality! I highly recommend not only the Rivo chairs in dark walnut but also LeisureMod, the company!
