Taste Great
I absolutely love these protein waffles!!!! Be careful no to burn them in the toaster though. I wish there were a bit thicker because when I use my standard counter top toaster on the 1 and the defrost button the waffle is still cold on the sides but if I raise the temp they get burnt quickly. So I stand by the toaster re-toasting and canceling the toast before they burn up .

My kids are it and didn’t notice it was a protein swap. Normally there’s a taste that comes along with it. You can taste the vanilla so maybe that masks it but will be getting these again to keep on hand for busy mornings

Surprisingly Good
These were surprisingly better than I thought they'd be. They taste mostly like a regular Eggo with a slightly different taste, but I wouldn't say it has that gross protein taste. I found them to be a little soft instead of crispy in the toaster but I use syrup so that didn't really affect anything. I did find them to be a little expensive but then again, so are most groceries these days.

Has everything you need to know about them on the box. The flavor was good I could taste the vanilla but it was very faint but good still. They were soft and nice texture. Would be good with syrup or something else with it. I would recommend

AuDHD Kiddo Approved!
My 12 year-old AuDHD kiddo has a lot of trouble with textures and honestly breakfast can be a real chore for everyone in the house. NOT ANYMORE! She's actually excited for breakfast now! And I don't have to feel guilty about whether or not she's getting the nutrition she needs to grow and learn! Her favorite way to eat them is with a smear of peanut butter over the top while they're still warm! Eggo, PLEASE KEEP MAKING THESE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Eggo buttermilk vanilla protein waffles were pretty tasty. The flavor was decent, very similar to regular Eggo buttermilk waffles. I didn’t detect much vanilla flavor. The texture was also pretty similar to the non protein variety, though I didn’t detect much find it a bit dry. Not like cardboard or anything, just drier than normal. Topping with some yogurt or syrup would combat that. All in all I was pleased and would purchase again. I like the protein boost for a good start to the kid’s day.

We just added extra syrup knowing we do get more protein , but ended up with more sugar with syrup, I would also suggest eating with peanut butter as well. I will purchase again
