[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been having Heritage Flakes sent to me with multiple bags each time! I am happy having them taste delicious and also be very nutritious. This is the only cereal that we eat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've just started an unprocessed/low processed change in diet, due to a minor heart issue. I was looking for a cereal that was both unprocessed, to the greatest degree, and had both a texture and taste I could tolerate. I found absolutely nothing that fulfilled all these requirements in the large commercial brands, then I discovered these Heritage flakes. Not only are they composed of all real food, but they taste great, with just the right amount of sugar, and have a solid, thick texture, unlike any flake I've ever eaten. Most are usually paper thin, and mushy in milk within a minute or two, but the crispness in these remain, until the entire bowl is consumed. I really love these, and hope they continue to be made, because there is nothing else on the market like them, believe me, I've looked!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this cereal in our house and always buy the family sized boxes. It stays crunchy while eating and has a great flavor. We normally add freeze dried strawberries on top. This is the best!

The new flakes do NOT taste the same, and the thick, crunchy flake was what I most liked about the former cereal. Quality sacrificed in favor of profit is not a good idea. You’ve lost me as a customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just discovered these flakes and I love them - the nutritional content is high, they're organic,they don't get soggy in milk, and they taste great. I throw in some almonds, blueberries, and a stevia, and it's like having dessert for breakfast. The best thing is that the company also sells 32oz bag at a fair price online for people like me on a budget. Now, if I could just get UPS to not smash the box next time. . . .

This cereal has a variety of grains and is not overly sweetened. I need a healthy choice.

I adore this cereal and I am so happy it comes in a large bag - hard to find in the local stores. The flakes stay crunchy (I hate soggy cereal) and pack a lot of flavor! Fiber rich, too.

We tried many cereals that claimed to be healthy. This one is by far the best! It Stays Crunchy longer after putting a cup of almond milk. The 5 g of sugar per serving is perfect for our taste. I originally bought the regular package now we upgraded to family size. My husband and son, who are also nutritious food eaters love it so much. We love all the ingredients listed. It’s very satisfying and true to its claim very healthy.

I'm a long-time consumer of this cereal, but recently I've found it contains bits of rocky, unchewable material. Not sure if there's something going on in the manufacturing process, but I'm going to have to stop eating this stuff to save my teeth from destruction.

Have been eating Heritage Flakes for several years, but the last 2 boxes taste stale. Read that recipe has changed. I probably want waste my money buying them again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cereal is absolutely delicious! It's great in a bowl with milk (and some craisins if I'm in the mood) or dry as a crunchy snack or as a crunchy treat in yogurt. Can't get enough!

This product, weighing 13. 25 ounces states that there are 9 x 1 cup servings per box. This is not true. After measuring, there are only 5 cups of cereal in the container. See photo.

What happened to my favorite flakes? They are not the same. They are thin and pale and go all soggy in milk. I am not happy with this change.

This was a great tasting cereal but they’ve changed the recipe to a bland tasteless wheat flake! I know many that eat it for breakfast or snacking and are disappointed. Sneaky way to save them money!
