Great apart from…
Great but one door works perfectly and the other door works weirdly
1 reply from LEGO® Customer Service team - 5 days ago
It's never fun when your car door doesn't work. From what you’ve described, a little rebuilding might be in order. You’ll want to make sure that each part is in the exact position shown in the instructions and that everything’s pressed together tightly (except the gears, which need some extra room to turn). You should have much better results! We're always available at LEGO.build/Service if you'd like assistance!

Ferrari FXX K lego technic set
This Lego Technic set does a great job of capturing the details of the real Ferrari FXX K. I really enjoyed building it. The moving elements such as the pistons and gears for the engine and the rack and pinion steering mimics how a real car would work. Overall: impressive, and fun LEGO technic set to build. Would recommend to anyone who likes sports cars, especially Ferrari, and anyone who likes Lego techinc.

Looks good but…
Before I really get into the review I should say that i buy because I’m a Lego fan I enjoy building technics and have built 5 of this size plus two 1:8 scale cars in the last 12 months, as well as the g wagon. Whilst the vehicle actually looks quite good on completion I had 3 issues with this build. 1. There were several places in the build where connecting the sections was painful, couldn’t get them to connect without pushing and pulling more than you’d expect. This was mainly the boot section, but also the wheel areas 2. It’s the most fragile technics I’ve built. To the extent that basically when I picked it up I held it by the base/chassis and wheels only, the body pieces are simply not strong enough. 3. Stickers, close to 40 of them. I don’t like stickers and this wasn’t fun Finally, a comment on value for money. I didn’t pay full price, I’m not even sure the price I paid was good value. Overall I think that, unless you are a Ferrari fam, I’d recommend you buy any other car of the same price range

Sharp looking car model. Lots of moving parts. The doors are overbuilt and the front wing is a little flimsy, but other than that a nice model. Be careful when attaching the front fenders. I initially had the connection to the front bumper reversed and didn't realize it until I was attaching the doors and front wheels. If the connection at the bumper is reversed the doors won't open and the wheels won't turn. It took a while to find the problem, but once I did it was a quick fix.

Perfect Engineering in a brick form 🚘🚘🚘
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We spent three evenings of quality time putting this together, and the process was pure fun. The instructions were crystal clear, and the final build is impressively sturdy. It’s so well-engineered that if a piece doesn’t fit, you know you’ve missed a step! It is a nice size and looks absolutely stunning on our bookcase. Highly recommend for any car lover! #complimentary #LEGO @influenster

Great Lego car build
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the perfect Lego set for someone who loves Lego but also the asphalt game as the car is from the game. The car is very close looking to the real thing, and although it’s a fairly big set to build it’s an enjoyable set for anyone who is used to Lego sets. The manual is great but you also have the option to use the website if you want to use an online manual. Build quality is great and feels solid, and no doubt withstand most things.

Very good
The model is very sturdy, and it is very sleek looking when finished. The building experience process was obviously not perfect (like all technic builds) and it has a LOT of stickers to place, but the building experience process is still relatively enjoyable. The mechanical features such as the working engine and steering are some of the best parts of this set. Overall good value for the price, and if you love Ferrari, you won’t be disappointed.

Surprisingly Awesome
I never originally had much interest in purchasing this set. When I received it as a gift for Christmas this year I figured I might as well give it a shot. This car turned out to be one of the most enjoyable technic sets I’ve built. The detail is crazy with the engine and differential movement. Every body panel opening up so you can see what you’ve built is also super cool. I would 100% recommend buying this as it’s one of the best “bang for your buck” sets you can get.
