Stained lamp shade
I was so excited to try out this lamp. When I opened it though, the lamp shade was stained . It seems that someone had already used it and returned it. I was disgusted, stains of I don’t know what all over. I am in shock how they could still sell the lamp knowing it is dirty with stains all around the lamp shade. I was really disappointed, will be definitely returning.

Because of all the questionable reviews, I found one in store and then inspected it before purchasing. Thankfully, it didn't have any of the issues people were talking about on the shade. Takes 2 minutes to assemble and no stability issues either. If you're able to do what I did, it's a great floor lamp and a great price.

Stained shade - heed all the warnings
Should have listened to everyone else- shade arrived stained. I tried a vinegar dab and even a bleach dab and couldn't get the stains out. At least the shade is the first thing out of the box so you should be able to tell right away if it's stained or not. My recommendation is find another lamp.

I love this lamp and was the lamp I have been looking for my baby’s nursery for a while. I bought mine in store and it didn’t have mold on it ((maybe faulty fall shipment?)) and if you screw in the base correctly it looks really good!

This lamp is really poorly made; for the price I should’ve known it wouldn’t be good. The base is super wobbly, and for our baby’s nursery I cannot justify keeping it. There was a crack in one of the sections when I opened it. Do not buy.

When we opened the box the shade had mold on it. I went to exchange it at a local Target and they had the same lamp in stock. That shade ALSO had mold on it. I’m so bummed bc the lamp is so cute!!

I (stupidly) ignored the reviews and ordered this lamp. Similar to a lot of other people, the lamp shade arrived covered in mold. Please don't be like me. Listen to the reviews and don't order this lamp unless you plan to replace the shade upon arrival.

Broken
The base where you screw in the lightbulb broke off while assembling… husband ended up gluing it in place because we have a newborn and didn’t have the capacity to unassemble and bring back to the store for return … needed a light for the nursery too. Such a disappointment considering the high price tag.
