Like the other reviews-although it was in a new box, the lamp shade came with big brown stains on it. I tried cleaning it and it didn't help. I bought a replacement shade and I like it. Another lamp that is similar was $300 more so I made this one work. Again, like someone else said--the table leaves a mark when you take the sticker off and I tried removing it and it doesn't come off. Not sure I'd buy again if it was in a prominent spot in our house.

Target issue more than lamp itself
I really wanted to like this lamp, and after reading the other poor reviews took a chance anyways. I must have received a previously returned item because the lamp shade was stained bad in 3 different places and generally dirty all over. Disappointed in target customer service and quality control for the hassle of having to return a big lamp just because of the shade.

Poorly made and overpriced.
Very disappointed with this lamp considering that it was $150. The shade had dirt/mold speckles it, the marble table top broke off when screwing it on.. I had to take the gold plate off to fix it. Then, the lamp shade attaches up top but the fitting inside the screw cap popped out so I couldnt tighten the lamp shade down. So I had to superglue it back in… All to find out the shade bracket was crooked and needed pliers to straighten it up. Will be returning.

Pretty lamp with some issues
I really like having this lamp next to my couch. I bought it repackaged at the store and it was really well priced, but the shade has some stains around the edges and the fitting at the top is a little wonky and crooked. My biggest complaint is that they put a sticker on the little marble table warning not to put much weight on it so it doesn’t tip over, but when I removed the sticker, I discovered that it had left a rectangular stain on the marble that I cannot get rid of. I’m glad I got a really good price on this or I wouldn’t keep it.
