A broken screw destroyed my day
This is the second time I buy this product. However, because one of the screws is not working properly, I cannot assemble the product. There are no replacement screws included in the package, so one of the joints is currently loose. It also makes no sence for me to drive 60 minutes to target then back just for a screw, so I have to keep it. Additionally, the product target sent me is obviously returned by another customer with dirts on it. I have to clean it myself. It is just an awful experience buying this product.
