One of the poles is slightly bent so that it doesn’t screw together correctly. Tried multiple times to get it to go together, there is just one section messed up, but of course it’s in the middle. Cheap $8 lamp that they charge $14 for

Good Price
This is definitely a cheaper made lamp, which is most evident by the shade - but it’s the perfect addition to my work office. I appreciate the lower light setting when the office overhead lights become too much. The gold tone helps make it more upscale. It was also super easy to assemble.

Very cheap and questionable quality
After putting this lamp together I hesitate to even give this 3 stars, but not sure how much you can expect for the low price (aesthetically, it doesn't *look* too bad). The lamp has a poorly weighted base, leans to one side, and the base and bowl are made of cheap plastic. There was also a sticker on the plastic bowl that said using a non-3-way light bulb is a fire hazard. I have an LED bulb in our lamp, but I'm concerned the plastic could get hot enough to melt if someone is using a regular incandescent bulb. Lamps in this price range are generally marketed to college students or young adults getting their own place for the first time, and both of those groups are likely to be purchasing the cheapest (i.e., incandescent) light bulbs available. Even at this price though, I'd at least expect the lamp to have a weighted base, stand up straight, and have a globe that isn't plastic; I've purchased lamps in the same price range from other retailers that are much higher quality. Currently, it's leaning against the wall in our living room, which should hopefully keep it from tipping over. We'll see if this stands up (literally) over time.

No on/off switch
I would give 5 stars except one of my lamps is missing the on/off switch. The only way I can see to fix this problem is to get a complete return on the lamp which would be a hassle so I’ll fix it myself somehow. Disappointed.

Poor assembly quality!!
I was disappointed with this floor lamp. When I tried to assemble it, the screw was misaligned and didn’t fit properly, making it impossible to put the parts together. Because of this, I couldn’t fully assemble the lamp. The design looks nice, but the poor quality and manufacturing issue ruined the experience!
