Tastes to me very much like a rice crispy treat. Great crunchy mouth feel and just delicious. I have maybe 1/3 of a bar in the evening with a cup of tea as my treat. Great protein to calorie ratio = great macros!!

    Like a candy bar

    I tried this protein bar, even though I always hate protein bars. I thought maybe the texture being sort of rice crispy like would make it more palatable. I was right. This is a good option if you are on a glp-1 and don’t feel hungry. I think I will be buying these again. I think that they should make an actual rice crispy flavor. This is pretty close though 10 out of 10.
