The best toner if you want to call it. The mist of this product is so smooth, so cool to the skin every drop of the product. It absorbed easily to the skin.

I have not had a reaction at all to this product, for example zero redness and no breakouts. It definitely leaves a cooling feeling on the skin. Smells like a spa and it dries quick. I would recommend using this product in the hot summer months or after your workouts.

I bought this product on a whim. I live in Arizona and we are still having 3 digit temps and it's October so I figured "why not?" I tried it immediately upon receiving my order - with no makeup - just to see how it was. It legitimately felt just so refreshing. After work - even when working from home - I tend to feel lackadaisical and have no energy for the rest of the day - dinner, laundry, workout - whatever it may be. I now use the spray right after work and it's a wonderful perk-up. I'm not saying it's the equivalent of an energy drink - but just the light, cool mist is so refreshing and almost rejuvinating. I am so very pleased that I found this. It's not likely to leave my routine anytime soon!

The scent of this mist is pleasant - provides a cooling and tingling sensation and the peppermint is soothing. This didn’t irritate my skin but I didn’t see any drastic results. I noticed a tiny decrease in the redness in my face. The spray nozzle is excellent and provides a very fine mist which is sometimes hard to find in packaging. Overall this product is okay, it isn’t life changing but a nice refresh for the face throughout the day.

I like to use it during the summertime, or after a gym workout when my face is red and I feel warm. It smells fresh and it’s not overpowering. I like the fact that it has actives in it too, especially hyaluronic acid for hydrating and plumping the skin, as well as caffeine to refresh a tired look. Careful if you have rosacea or sensitive skin as it may sting or cause redness. Some ingredients in this product may also worsen eczema.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I wanted to love the Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench® Ice-Facial Cooling Mist, but the effectiveness was underwhelming. It feels cooling on contact and the fine mist is nice, yet I didn’t notice any lasting hydration or visible improvement—just a quick refresh that fades fast. The ingredients (like hyaluronic acid and caffeine) look great on paper, and they didn’t irritate my skin, but I didn’t see real plumping or de-puffing from them. Packaging is sturdy, scent is light, overall just okay—not a repurchase for me.

The “cooling” aspect comes from the peppermint oil, which in actuality is just a tingling sensation, not actual cooling relief. It is somewhat irritating.

I purchased this product about a month ago and finally used recently when my skin was a little red from the sun. I applied a few sprays in the evening before bed thinking it would be a great way to soothe my skin….sadly I had a bad experience. This product may be great for some people but for me the mint addition was very strong and remained in my nose even after leaving the bathroom. After a few minutes the solution felt a little sticky on my skin and began to burn turning my face even more red. I don’t think I washed it off fast enough because my skin remained sensitive until I went to sleep. Long story short, this product does not work for my skin but might work for others. The packaging was great as always. I feel that the misting spray should be finer to avoid larger droplets getting in sensitive areas (mint can be irritating around nostrils/eyes). I will stick to my favorite water drench creams/gels because this product has no place on my skin.

This spray made my face and eyes burn. I sprayed it in the store on my hand and it felt very cooling so I thought it would feel the same on my face. But it didn't. One time I used this spray and it got on my hands. After about 5 minutes my eyes were itchy so I scratched them and gym eyes burned because the spray was still dried on my hands.
