    My favorite cearal

    Thank you for fixing the clustering problem with cinnamon harvest. Now, if it's possible, please address the problem with the cinnamon not being dispersed evenly and not concentrate into several Biscuits creating hard spots. Ty

    I agree with the recent reviews. The cereal tastes different—- only barely tasting of cinnamon. Tons of crumbs in the box, way more than usual, and my last three boxes have been stale, in spite of November date.

    Purchased 8 boxes, stale.

    Unfortunately, I’m having the same issue as others have posted here as well. I wanted to send a private message because I did not want to return to the store that I purchased it from. I bought eight boxes of cereal. Opened one and thought it may have been a flute, but the second box was just as stale as the first. This is one of the only two cereals that I eat. I was shocked because I’ve never had this issue before.

    What happened to my favorite cereal?

    This used to be my favorite cereal. The last two boxes (Nov 16 2026 exp) have been a huge disappointment. What happened? What used to be a crisp, crunchy cereal is now thick, chewy and stale. If this is a new "formula" it's a fail. I'll try one more box, but if it's not improved it'll be my last.

    Multiple boxes are bland/stale tasting product!

    I loved this cereal, but my purchases over the last month almost all taste bland and stale. After opening 3 boxes, I just opened one that tasted correct. All 3 boxes that were stale had the same dates, what I assume is the manufacturing plant, etc. on them Nov 17 2026 KLB 06 12:30. The one that was ok had all different details. This is too expensive to keep throwing away and a pain to have to return to the store. If consistency doesn't improve, I'll have to stop buying.

    Looks horribly pathetic, though more cinnamony

    I've been buying this specific cereal for years and years. But I haven't for the past year. So to my dismay, this most recent box I picked up looks like it was produced on 'bring your kid to work day.' The biscuits all look horrible, and the majority of them are stuck together. I don't mean the common two stuck together; I mean six all stuck together as a sheet. The cinnamon flavor is more bold, but not enough to make up for the poor quality appearance.

    Once tasty; not tasteless

    For 15 years, this was my everyday cereal. Nice texture and crunch, not too sweet, pleasant level of cinnamon, no malted barley. Now it’s tough, essentially tasteless so have to add cinnamon to it. Now I have to look for a new everyday cereal. Too bad Kashi is NOT loyal to customers, even as it wants loyalty.
