I’ve eaten kashi “heart to heart” cereal for several years. Then I noticed the box size was smaller [do they think we don’t notice?]. Now it seems to have morphed into honey toasted oat cereal? Hmm.

You can really taste the honey in each bite. It isn’t super sweet. You can not eat slowly and do not get distracted because I notice it gets soggy quicker than its competitors. When you first start eating the cereal there is a great crunch.

Yummy and meets my health requirements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Influenster sent me this box of Kashi Organic Honey Toasted Oat Cereal complimentary for me to test and then share my candid opinion of it. The packaging is a standard cereal box. It had a short ingredient list with words I could pronounce and understand. It also boasts of non GMO and Organic ingredients. Considering my health needs, I liked the lower sugar, zero cholesterol, and low sodium content. I enjoyed the taste which did have a honey flavor and it had a pleasant crunchy texture. I found it satisfying as a dry snack. I did not eat it with milk because I am not currently consuming it, but I am sure it would be equally as delicious with milk as it is without it. I will purchase this for my family when we crave cereal; it was yummy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This contains whole grain oats which can be contaminated through processing so it's not considered gluten free & doesn't claim to be, I just wish it was. Luckily, just being gluten sensitive, I didn't have any issues after eating this. Also, the 3rd ingredient is invert cane syrup so I was surprised again on how bland this was. It wasn't terrible but I would only get a small hint of honey or sweetness with every bite & just wish there was a little more. The cereal stayed crisp in my almond milk for an appropriate amount of time with very little sogginess & it had a good crunch to it. I didn't find it very filling & still felt hungry after eating, like my breakfast wasn't complete. I can say that when I wasn't feeling well this was very gentle on my stomach.
