Very sweet

I was hoping for hot with a little sweetness. Instead, I found this to be not hot at all and sort of just a sweet mango sauce with a little sourness from the vinegar. I didn’t love it as a hot sauce so I’m going to use the rest of it up as a shrimp marinade. The flavor is good overall! It’s just not a hot sauce.
