Dusk to Dawn bust

It says dusk to dawn/motion sensing. It is not. It is only motion sensing. I really want it for dusk to dawn so that feature is useless. I have searched and cant find anything that can help me put it in dusk to dawn mode. I have tried several ways by holding the power button a few seconds holding both buttons together still no dusk to dawn feature. If anyone can help please post online. I will try for a few more days different ways and if no results will return.

For: GE Outdoor Security Pathway Light, Motion & Dusk to Dawn Sensor Solar Light. 2400 lumens. Review: The wording on the package implies that the fixture will illuminate from dusk to dawn, increasing brightness when motion is detected. I was very disappointed to find that it illuminates ONLY when motion is detected, then goes OFF after about half a minute without motion. The brightness when sensing motion is very good. In the absence of motion, it is completely unlit.

Defective motion detector.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only worked for correctly for about 4 hours then quit sensing. Tried charging in direct sun with it turned off., it came on when it hit dark 1 time, did not start on with movement. Then wouldn’t respond. About 2 hours later it randomly lit up for 30 seconds then wouldn’t come on again. I liked the design but mine is definitely defective.

Lights The Path

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GE Security Pathway Light does an excellent job to light up the path. It is very bright when it turns on at night. Upon opening the box and setting it up, there was already a charge. It will recharge in the sun throughout the day. It is a nice size and is easy to set up. Nothing really needs to be done, other than setting it up in the area desired for light. The product is not flimsy. It has substance to it and feels like a quality product.
