Do y'all not make the Sweetgrass refill any longer? Not the Sweetgrass sandalwood but just plain Sweetgrass scent. The number on the back of the refill is T24255 A1. And it just says Sweetgrass on it.

I bought 2 of the automatic spray over the weekend and both of them stopped working within 2 days. They worked great for the 1st day and a half. Now the automatic trigger doesn't work properly. Placed a new battery in both, it runs but thee plastic gears inside doesn't rotate the trigger down enough to press the air freshener.

I bought the Air Wick plug in Air Freshener and it worked great at first (for a few months). Now it doesn't seem to emit any air freshener whether it is set to minimum or maximum. Is there a small fan inside of the device that may have worn out and stopped working? Or could it be clogged ort something?

I’ve become a forever loyal consumer of AirWick Plug-in since summer 2009. My go to scent is Fresh Waters. Neutral. Crisp & Clean. A scent to be remembered when a newbie is in-store finding so many other options and unsure what to buy. My friends have asked what I use that is memorable and makes such an impression. Fresh waters is the beginning scent. It can be added to , like layers, each room or area can be cohesive by building off of a base scent. Adding the real thing to compliment the many scents from AirWick will certainly create your individually memorable homes . Every one worthy of the great compliments you’ll get. Start with AirWick !!

I have 2 dogs and a husband who comes home from work smelling not so fresh. I take pride in having a nice, clean home but I like it to smell as nice as it looks. I use a few different products but yesterday I found a new scent Fresh Waters and I am in heaven! I went out and bought more today to be sure I don't run out! If you haven't tried this scent you really must it is very crisp and clean and long lasting.

This is the only one I'll ever buy! fresh waters is the best scent ever! My absolute favorite!

The top of the plug in turns so you can adjust how strong you want it to be released. I have it in my living room, on the second or third lightest option and after walking in at the end of day, the smell will hit you all the way at the kitchen! I love it and am very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I have tried a plug in air freshener and it did a good job, I plugged it into the wall and it stayed in place and looked nice. I used this in my master bathroom where my cat's litter box is located, thinking that although his box usually never smells this would be some extra protection and that scent was so overpowering I had to take it out. I had it on the lowest setting and I literally could smell it two rooms over, that said the scent was nice but it was just to much and so I put it in our living room and it's perfect. Highly recommend for larger rooms, I would not use this in a bathroom or small room which is the reason for three stars, I hoped this would be good in the bathroom

This is definitely not the case with the Fresh Waters scent -- I'm a huge fan. Air Wick in general is awesome, and this is now a go-to scent for me, along with their Lavender & Chamomile.

My space (living room) is not a large enough room, maybe that's the reason the smell is so strong and very visible. I unplug it some hours of the day when my windows are closed and I run the air conditioning. The scent itself is beautiful, fresh waters. I like this plugged in when cooking or to get rid of the wet dog smell. I will continue using this plug in and continue buying new scents to try out. If you have a large house or office, this is ideal.

It was easy to load a new bottle and plug in the warmer. I initially plugged it into our main living area, but after an hour or so the smell was too overpowering for me. I moved it off to another dining room area, and still the smell was too strong. I moved it into the garage (3 car garage and bigger space overall) since I figured that wouldn't really bother me there, but it did! There is a dial on top where you can adjust the level of scent and it was on the lowest setting the entire time. Perhaps their other scents are better, but I'm kind of scared to try!

Unscrew top of bottle, hold it upright, and insert into upright warmer, pressing gently until there is a click to indicate it is fully seated into the warmer. Do not discard the bottle cap. Plug into the outlet of your choice. Soon the clean soothing scent of Fresh Waters wafts through the room, like relaxing near a lake or waterfall. The fragrance is subtle and gentle, adjustable for 5 levels of scent strength, and the warmer is attractively designed so that it fits in anywhere I have an available outlet. If you decide to move it to a different room or different outlet or to store it for a while, just unplug the warmer, keeping it upright, and remove the scent bottle. Close the scent bottle with the cap, and take it and the warmer to the new location or storage area. This will prevent the oil from accidentally splashing out or spilling. Be sure there is a clearance of at least a foot above the plugged-in warmer.
