Tastes great even without any meat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Made some tofu scramble with this and it tasted great! Quality ingredients and it comes with salt included. Was worried how it would taste without any meat (as a vegetarian) but it quite delicious! The packaging material is like any other taco seasoning but the art is definitely eye catching.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this on a chicken for a fancy at home meal for our anniversary. Had great flavor. Not overly salty. The packaging is eye catching and cool. Good value for what it cost. I would definitely buy this seasoning packet. Easy to use. I put the chicken in a ziploc bag, poured the seasoning pack on it and let it sit for 24 hours. Then cooked as normal.

Average Tasting Seasoning Mix
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received Spanglish Asadero Al Pastor Seasoning Mix to sample courtesy of Influenster. The packaging was aesthetically pleasing. The black background with white font and images used; loved the tribute to the Spanish culture! Makes it stand out from other products and mixes Clear ingredients, simple instructions. Can be used for a variety of recipes and virtually any protein you want. Grilled, fried, broiled - whatever you want. Gluten-free and handcrafted. That being said - it was a simple and basic seasoning mix. Nothing too special. Ingredients were salt, sugar, garlic, chili, onion, and maybe some "natural pineapple" flavor - which we found lacking. If I didn't know any better, I would not consider this Al Pastor or have been able to distinguish it. The seasoning was nice - but I could have thrown this together myself and elevated it. Easy to use, and convenient for those who don't have time or want to mix their own seasoning. Overall - average seasoning mix. Ok but nothing special.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow!! I'm all about a lil heat but this stuff had some serious spice to it. The taste was that of pineapple and heat. I sprinkled some on some chicken and only a couple of leg quarters and baked them in the oven. If you're sensitive to spicy foods I suggest you avoid this at all costs but for those who like their b-hole to burn the next day then this is the spice for you!!! It's blended well and the spices really do compliment one another but dang it's fiery. Would recommend if you love heartburn or spicy foods in general.
