Q: Mine didn’t come with the black elastic straps to attach the fabric seat to the metal frame. Why?

A: Hello, For the Bouncer, the elastic bands (color may vary) can be found on either side of the fabric covering. Flip the bottom portion of the fabric, and you should be able to see them. You can while it down with certain parts. you can also place the fabric part in your washine. I would air dry the fabric on the clothing line. it does have safety straps on the bouncer where your baby is strapped in. it also can be adjusted to your babies height.

It also was a beautiful design and so chic! I didn’t even mind having it out in the living room. It was easy to fold up and carry and transport to other locations as well.
