Item is literally different from the images. The hanging toys are not leaves, they are snails.

I'm sure that the item is fine but I bought it for a gift and it was delivered and the boxes is all tore up. It looks ridiculous! It would be one thing if it was for me, but like I said it's a gift.

This is a great seat. I was torn between this one or spending the extra $100+ and getting a baby bjorn. I am so glad I went with this one. I have twins and they both love it. It is a nice color, easy to move around, rock, and they are very comfortable in it. The toy bar pulls off easily (my older kids pull it off, not the babies), so that’s slightly annoying - but not a deal breaker at all.

This is an honest review from a real parent who experienced a very dangerous situation. I placed my 4-month-old baby in this rocker on our tile floor, and out of nowhere the entire chair tipped backward and collapsed completely flat. I was right next to my baby when it happened and I screamed — it was terrifying. Because my baby’s head hit the floor when the rocker collapsed (the back is mesh and offers no support), we had to take our baby to the emergency room to make sure he/she was okay. Thankfully, after being examined, everything turned out fine — but it could have been a lot worse. Yes, the rocker pops back up afterward, but that doesn’t make it any less dangerous. A baby product should NEVER collapse on its own, not even for a moment. That split second is all it takes for a serious injury. The design is clearly unstable and unsafe. If it can fall flat on tile with no movement at all — or even with the normal rocking motion it’s designed for — then it’s simply not safe for any baby. For your baby’s safety, I strongly recommend avoiding this product. It should not be on the market until the design is properly corrected. Our babies deserve products that are stable, secure, and tested to prevent accidents like this.

Love everything about this except the mesh on the back. I get the point was to provide breathable fabric but the seam between the two fabrics hit right where my baby’s head is and can irritate it. Plus the mesh is not a comfortable fabric. Would much prefer a softer fabric all over as one piece. Babies aren’t sweating much while laying in the bouncer to need the mesh area, in my opinion. So just skip it and provide something soft for their soft skin.

I love that this product is able to keep my baby upright. It helps with her reflux after she’s finished feeding… the only downside is that because of the color combination for the bouncer, it gets dirty really fast. Like, I put it in the washer to clean it and then it’s dirty again after two days. Overall, this item is a must have but maybe trying out different color combinations!

The reviews are true about this being called the “poop chair”, my daughter poops almost every time she’s in this chair. Wish the color was a lighter shade like pictured, it does come a deeper tan than expected.

Bought for my niece from her baby registery. She loves it!

Have had our bouncer for 5 months, today one of the metal pieces SNAPPED and created a sharp edge while by baby was in it. Extremely disappointed and upset, thankfully my baby seems okay right now. Would not recommend.

Beware that this item ships without any packing. I received it in a beat up box with tape on the edges. It is a gift, so I will have to return it and find one in store.

Works like a charm!! Literally baby didn’t like anything else except this bouncer definitely would recommend for 2-5 months!

The play bar falls off all of the time. Not useful for keeping baby occupied.

We absolutely love it! It’s comfortable to bounce and she’s now at that stage where she can bounce herself, which is adorable. The only thing is every single diaper blowout we have happens in the bouncer. On the bright side, it’s super easy to wash!

Every time we put our son in this bouncer he poops. Not sure if it relieves pressure or is the perfect position for pooping. When he’s constipated, we put him in and he poops. Now even when we just put him in it to just sit in he still poops and most of the time it is full blowout diapers and the chair is a mess with poop - just wish I could afford a second one so while I wait for the wash he can sit in it. Best chair ever! I love it. Thank goodness it is machine washable!

My baby loves this chair. We started using it when she was maybe 6 weeks old. She didn’t like it at first (she was too small and she slumped over in it) but as she got bigger she loves it. She is 3 months now. I am going to keep it real, whenever she is fussy / we suspect she needs to poop but is having difficulty, we put her in this chair and she is immediately able to poop/fart. We call it her poop chair, it must be something about the angle of the seat. It has saved us many times when she is fussy and constipated. Easy to assemble. Similar to the popular baby bjorn one but much cheaper. She did one time have a blow out in it, the material cleans fairly easily

Definitely form over function, not adjustable for a small baby, overall poor design in that regard

This bouncer works as new born and they grown into it. Very light weight and easy to move around. We love it!

I absolutely love this bouncer! My baby sits perfectly in it and has since birth despite being a 5lb baby. It seems so comfortable and the different height adjustments make it easy to get the appropriate position for your baby’s size. I love that this is made with sustainable materials as well. Very easy to clean because the cover slips right off and can be washed and slides back on. It also seems to have my baby in the perfect position to poop so it’s great for when she is backed up 🤣
