I would give zero stars if I could. The holiday sticks have been my favorite for years and they’ve changed the formula and scents. They smell foul if they have much of a scent. So disappointing!

These taste so bad this year. Just the ones from target though. I bought a different holiday pack from CVS and they’re amazing as always.

These are the worst lip balms I've ever smelled. They smell like a house fire. I don't understand how they developed these scents and okayed them to be mass produced.

I’m sorry but the strawberry frost has this weird foul smell .. like a tobacco scent ?? It reminds me of a “strawberry ice” vape in the worst possible way .

The marshmallow crème and candy cane flavors are disgusting. Imagine walking into an old persons house that smells like strong old fabric, that’s what they taste and smell like. It’s genuinely gross.

These all smell stale and bad, I will have to throw them out. Major drop in quality from last year

They have no flavor or scent like they normally do. I bought in bulk because I normally love them and I’m very disappointed this year. I wait all year to stalk up.

All flavors in this pack are just awful. Carmex, you did us dirty.

I came to the reviews for the sanity check. I wait all year for sugar plum and the new flavors are not good. I'm so sad.

Carmex removed the 2 best flavors from last year's limited edition pack. Please bring back Sugar Plum and Sugar Cookie!

The formula this year is not good. It smells weird and doesn’t taste as good as last year. I noticed they took the SPF out as well.

The Marshmallow Crème tastes nothing like marshmallow. It’s actually quite gross. I haven’t tried the other ones yet, but I’d imagine it’d be hard to mess up mint, berry and strawberry.

Yeah these aren’t what they’ve been in past years. Couple things: - The new scent (marshmallow crème) smells nothing like marshmallow. Smells like almost nothing at all - it’s plain and waxy, and almost makes me think they just forgot to add any scent/flavor for this batch. - No SPF ingredients in these anymore!! The holiday kit from last year was spf 15 like all the daily care is, and while I did know that this pack didn’t advertise spf before I bought it, I think that the lack of spf ingredients affected the formula and made them smell waxier/worse. These also feel just a bit thinner/oilier on the lips than past versions. Overall, massive downgrade from years past. Don’t know if they took out spf ingredients to cut costs, but this pack and formula feels like a prototype and not well thought out at all. Expected more from such a well renowned brand that I’ve bought from before!

Old flavors were way better need sugar cookie and plum back now!!

I bought one just to try and the marshmallow has no scent or taste. I buy the holiday pack in bulk every year at this time to get the sugar cookie, candy cane, and sugar plum. So disappointed they have replaced two of my favorites.
