Changed for the worse!
This has been reformulated and they don’t mention it on the box, but it’s definitely not the same product anymore. It’s way more corse than it used to be it also is horrible at clumping now. I’m including a picture of the old versus the new so you can see the difference.

Very dusty, ok for 1 cat
No 'dust-free' promuses on box. LOTS of dust. Need to vacuum everywhere regularly - door, fixtures, baseboards etc. Best feature is topping with fresh litter will seal in odors. I used multi-cat for 1 cat & cleaned box daily.

Doesn’t clump
I bought 4 boxes since I have 12 cats hoping it would be better than the reformulated special kitty. Well it’s very disappointing because it smells good to us but cats hate it. And it’s useless for automatic litter robots because it doesn’t clump urine and it’s stinks really bad. All these companies are no longer using the clumping ingredient for cheaper fillers that make their products useless.

Completely different formula
This is not the same litter I’ve been buying for years. It was the absolute best in the market, but not anymore. I won’t be buying this again. Disappointing that A & H won’t admit to any changes in their product when clearly it’s different and inferior. The complaints keep rolling in!!

Great product
I really love this cat litter. It always gave off a nice clean scent. Never smelt what my cats did in the litter box with this litter. I will definitely buy it again.

Strong smelling cat litter
This cat litter is extremely strong with some fake smell that we can’t place. It is so disappointing because we used to use an Arm and Hammer cat litter that was great. No fake chemical smell. Unfortunately, this is too much. If you are sensitive to fake, perfume smells stay clear.

Hey Jessica. A scent that feels overly strong or artificial can quickly take away from the comfort of your home, especially when you were expecting a more familiar experience. That kind of change can be disappointing and we understand how important it is to get the right balance. We’d like to help find a better fit for you. Please call or text us at (800) 833‑9532, or chat with us at www.armandhammer.com, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ET. When you reach out, please provide your case number: 07971755 so we can assist you quickly. We’re here to take freshness head‑on and help you feel confident in your choice. 💪🐾

I have multiple cats. The arm and hammer multi cat cat litter does exactly what it says it does. The absorbency makes the cat litter clump up very well. The dust levels for me is very low. There are two reasons why I like the odor control. One, it’s not overbearing. Two, my cats come out of the box still smelling fresh, which is important to me. And my cats must really like it because they don’t come out of the cat box shaking their paw as if they don’t like the way it feels under their feet. I would definitely recommend this letter to anyone who has multiple cats.

Product has changed
The product seems to have changed, we purchased several of these recently to stock up. It was a mistake because the clumping doesn't work at all. It is VERY dusty now too.

Not what it used to be
I have used this product for 12 years! The last few months have been awful! It no longer clumps just turns to wet clay, does not smell as nice. And on some occasions starts to mold after a few days of use. Whatever was changed has not been for the better!

Bad litter
My two cats stopped using this litter after two weeks of cleaning box. I do not like the litter and neither do they. Smelly, dusty and definitely not clumbing.

Good price for good quantity & quality
We have 3 cats 🐈 😻 🐈⬛️ 😍 and 3 small dogs 🐕 😀 and this product works just as advertised!!! It works great even if you forgwt and miss a day of cleaning!!! It is still tolerable to clean!!! The handle may not look strong but it is!!! I would definitely recommend for anyone with multiple cats or kitties!!!
